Domestic violence is one of the worst things that can happen to a human being, and it can be compared to hell. It can destroy a person's life and even force that person to take extreme action such as suicide. Often, the weak and small are the once who suffer from domestic violence, such as children suffering from adults.

A blonde was on vacation
A blonde was on vacation in the depths of Louisiana.
She wanted a pair of genuine alligator shoes, but didn't want to pay the high prices.
After unsuccessfully haggling with of one of the shopkeepers, the blonde said, "Maybe I'll just go out and catch my own alligator, so I can get a pair of shoes at a reasonable price."
Later in the day, the shopkeeper spotted the young woman standing waist deep in the water, shotgun in hand.
She took aim at an alligator, killed it and hauled it onto the swamp bank.
Lying nearby were several more of the dead creatures.
The shopkeeper watched in amazement as the blonde flipped the alligator on its back and shouted in frustration, "Damn, this one isn't wearing any shoes either."

It is quite shocking to know that over 23 cases of child abuse were reported in her home as Lisa grew up. Even more surprising is the fact that even after so many reports, neither Lisa nor her sister was placed somewhere else from her family. Lisa just wishes that someone from her family had taken the initiative at the time, after 24 years. She knows that it would have been the right choice.

Lisa is now a young woman who is still haunted by the circumstances of her childhood. She apparently can never forget that incident, but she tries to cope with them. Her soul has been scarred for eternity, and her online journal describes the events of her childhood in detail. Her writing shows that she often gets emotional. This journal is her attempt at trying to spread the awareness regarding domestic violence. It has been seen that most of the times, the affected people don't dare to report this violence. But a little bit of support can help them a lot. Lisa's wish is that others should come forward if they feel their friends or relatives are being a subject of domestic violence. Their help is critical. People need to raise their voice as soon as possible, because, in the end, it might lead to a matter of life or death.

We should share this kid's cry for help and this important message from a young woman. No excuses should be considered during the violence. If children are involved, then the only way to solve this problem is to expose these criminals. It is quite surprising that several cases still go unreported even today, in fact, that number is extremely high. We need to take action and make sure this message is spread to prevent such violence in future.
