America is famous for its football team. Herschel Walker was once a part of this particular team. He suffers from Dissociative Identity Disorder which led to violent situations in his life like trying to kill his wife with a razor and playing Russian roulette.
4. ELTON JOHN
We all love Elton John for his lovely voice and his superhit albums. He suffered from depression as a result of which he was taking drugs. He also has the problem of Bulimia or eating disorder that leads to vomiting after eating a heavy amount of food.
5. GWYNETH PALTROW
Gwyneth Paltrow is known for her role as Pepper Potts in Marvel Studios' "Iron Man" franchise. The role gained her worldwide recognition. She was suffering from postnatal depression in 2006. This might have been a result of her failed marriage with Chris Martin. However, she recovered and learned to handle the pressure of struggling in a film industry and winning the hearts of millions.
6. WINONA RYDER
Francis Ford Coppola's 1992 gothic horror film "Bram Stoker's Dracula" was acclaimed by critics and audiences. Winona Ryder was appreciated for her role as Mina Harker and Elisabeta. She was suffering from depression as a result of which she was involved in a shoplifting incident but later recovered and continued her successful journey in films.
7. CARA DELAVIGNE
Cara Delavigne is a well known name among all of us. She suffered from depression since the time when she was 16 years old and remained away from school for six months for proper recovery. However, many fans have disagreed to this problem and claims that she might be lying.
8. CATHERINE ZETA-JONES
Being a diva and becoming a sensation over a short period of time is not an easy job. Catherine Zeta-Jones has her own history of dealing with mental illness as she suffers from bipolar identity disorder. She has visited hospital in 2011 and 2013 as a result of her emotional turmoil.
9. HAYDEN PANETTIERE
A professional actor needs to handle a large number of things in his or her day-to-day life. Despite having a loving husband and a beautiful daughter, she suffers from postpartum depression. She also had to take a therapy in 2016 and wasn't seen on the big screen for a certain period of time.
10. LEONARDO DiCAPRIO
James Cameron's "Titanic" was such a huge blockbuster that it was even released in 3D in 2012. The film made Leonardo DiCaprio a huge star and till date, he had been doing roles that are being acclaimed by audiences and critics. He suffers from the problem of obsessive-compulsive disorder, also known as OCD. This has led to a situation where he loves to touch things on his way to the film sets and the urge to step on a chewing gum.
